2025 Peer to Peer Group

This summer, members of our faculty and leadership team gathered to continue the ongoing work of co-creating and updating the WMS Peer to Peer Guide. First developed in 2022, the Peer to Peer cohort has met for three consecutive summers to build upon this important work and resource. 

The Guide serves as a source of inspiration for conversations with one another, is a practical tool for observation, planning, record keeping, documentation, classroom management, and navigating team roles and responsibilities. Above all, it reflects our shared commitment to respecting every child in our care.

As a community of learners, we find great value in supporting continuing education and collaboration among our faculty. The Peer to Peer Guide ensures that our values, culture, and practices are aligned with the mission of WMS.  We look forward to sharing more of this important work throughout the school year!
